Concept

Enjoy skiing and snowboarding to the fullest at Nekoma Mountain, one of the largest slopes in the Tohoku region! A ski shuttle bus departs from the hotel and takes you to the ski slopes in just 15 minutes. This 5-day/4-night tour includes 4 nights hotel accommodation and 3 days of lift tickets.

Itinerary

Day 1

14:10 Free hotel shuttle bus departs from JR Inawashiro Station

14:40 Arrival at the hotel and check-in

(Bandai Tours staff will hand you your lift ticket at this time).

For those applied for rental gears, fitting time.

For those with dinner,

18:00 Dinner (buffet style, times may vary)

 

Day 2

7:30 Breakfast (buffet style, times may vary)

Those renting skis, snowboards and clothing should make preparations in the rental area.

Transfer to ski resort by ski shuttle bus at any given time.

Helmets can be rented at the ski resort.

Return to the hotel from the ski slopes by ski shuttle bus at any given time.

For those with dinner included,

Day 3

7:30 Breakfast (buffet style, times may vary)

Transfer to ski resort by ski shuttle bus at any given time.

Policy

Minimum number of participants: 1

Maximum number of participants: 34 persons per group + 1 tour conductor.

Last reservation: 14 days before arrival.

Booking confirmed: 14 days before arrival. Please enquire for more people after that date.

 

Payment method

Bank transfer

We will provide you with a bank transfer account. Please bear the transfer fee at your company.

 

Payment deadline

10 days before arrival. If payment cannot be confirmed, the booking will be cancelled and the full amount of the booking will be charged.

 

Cancellation charges

All cancellations 30% 31 days before, 50% 14 days before, 70% 7 days before, 80% the day before, 100% on the day/no overnight stay.

Reduction 20% 7 days before, 50% the day before, 100% on the day/no show

Transportation

The tour will depart from and arrive at JR Inawashiro Station, but if your group is up to 15 people, please contact us for separate transport to and from Fukushima, Koriyama, Aizu Wakamatsu and Fukushima Airport.

If there are more than 16 persons, your company should arrange for a bus.
